Leaders of G20 Participating Countries Begin to Attend, TNI Continues To Improve VVIP Security

BADUNG - analisapost.com | The highlight of the G20 Summit meeting will be held from 15 to 16 November 2022 and as many as 17 State Leaders will be present at the meeting. Today, Sunday (13/11/2022), the President of Republic Indonesia together with Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo and the President of United States Joe Biden have arrived at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Badung, Bali.

Arriving at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, prior to attending the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits in Cambodia, Indonesian President Ir. H. Holi Widodo held a press statement.


The President of the Republic of Indonesia conveyed that the handover of the chairmanship of ASEAN has been carried out and emphasized that ASEAN must be strong as the epicenter of world growth and ASEAN will remain a peaceful region by upholding human values, and democracy, and maintaining international law.


Furthermore, the President of the Republic of Indonesia also indicated Indonesia’s preparation for the G20 Summit, in which everything is ready and there will be 17 state leaders present. “Indonesia will continue to fight for world peace and be the solution for economic recovery,” added the Indonesian President.


Previously, the Head of Regional Office the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kakanwil Kemenkumham) Bali, Anggiat Napitupulu revealed that until Saturday (12/11/2022) the number of participants who had arrived in Bali to take part in the international meeting had reached 986 people.


With the presence of the participants of the G20 Summit Presidency in Bali, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), which serves as the frontline in securing the G20 Summit continues to increase the security at every location that has been prepared as a place for all activities for the G20 Summit participants.


As TNI expressed their hopes to have Indonesia as a good host, TNI invites all levels to work together to maintain security and provide comfort to the participants of G20 Summit. (Ist)
